I'm new to this forum , I hope someone could help me with the mess. we had a problem with the webmail (horde) yesterday when ever we connect to a account horde will logoff in few seconds. There was a suggestion in another forum to run the script /scripts/fullhordereset. I did that and didn't seem to fix the problem. Then I updated the CPanel through WHM (current version is 11.18.3-STABLE 21703). it seems to fixed the logoff problem in webamil however now I get (There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]) when I try to send a email from horde.
I can use Other clients like Outlook and Thunderbird to send mail but there are users who are unable to send mail through webmail. is there anyway to fix this.
