ok where to begin , we were on an old server and are now upgrading to new , ensim was on old and now are using cpanel, so its a bit of a jump for us much better i must say , well the domain we are having a problem with is aegroup.org they use exchange.. now when they were on our old server everything worked fine with the exception of them getting with comcast to set up ptr records for some mail that wasnt going through . but now that we put them on the new server and a day of waiting for a response on a trouble ticket .. they said it was out of their scope to help but as a favor she/ he would set up the dns correctly .. ok well the problem now seems to be aegroup.org can recieve mail ok within 1 or 2 min... thats fine but when they snd an email out it seems to take hours i am not sure where to start to look . i would say i need to give more info but not sure what would be needed .
I was thinking could it just be it didnt propagate through the net yet .. ? being the dns zone was just changed about 15 hours ago..
any help would be appreciated.

It's possible that it could be due to DNS propagation. I've seen it take up to 48 hours, although rare. Have you checked to see if the mail queues are filling up? If you have an open relay, spammers might be hammering the server.

yes the mail queue is way up and its since i moved them to the new server .
to add another peice of info,i just found out tom@aegroup.org can send to his one friend with a .mil address but everyone else and recieve ( i would assume fast)

I am getting to think this is on our server because i tried to send mail from an account on our new server to our old server and i get a bounce back saying well here is the mail :
