I signed up for a dedicated server (over $200/month) on March 8, and have had this trouble ticket open since then: 4648332PLNT

I have called The Planet and posted for an update on my ticket, but I am told that "a manager is reviewing it and will get back to me."

Basically, the promotional ssl certificates and 10Gb of free DiskSync service have not been added to my account. I really need to get the certificate installed and get DiskSync running.

Can a Planet Representative please look at this ticket and see what the holdup is with me receiving this promotion? Thank you!

Apparently, the ticket wasn't transferred correctly to the sales manager and it was still "owned" by the initial sales rep ... I flagged it for the manager, and he let me know that it's an easy fix and he'll take care of it.

I'll give a few more details via PM as well.

Just an update on this posting:
Kevin responded very quickly and got the ticket to a person who could help.
That person responded this morning that they would get these features added to my account, but they said it would only be 2Gb of DiskSync.

I replied in the ticket that the promotion says for servers over $200/month (which applies to me), it should be 10 Gb of Disksync, so I am hoping by the end of the day, I'll see the 2 SSL certificates and 10Gb of disk space.

Kevin, thank you for getting this escalated to someone who could help with it. I will post again with an update that hopefully will say the features have been added to my account when that does occur.

Just an update on this issue. The DiscSync service was added to my account. But the 2 free SSL certificates have not been added to my account. The Planet staff closed the ticket, and I can't re-open it. Kevin what do I need to do to get the 2 free 1 yr SSL certificates for this server? Thank you.

Just updating this posting. I did receive the 2 SSL certificates. Thank you to all the techs who helped get this problem taken care of.
