Full Version: Fantastico in CPanel fails to install scripts
The Planet Forums > Control Panels > cPanel/WHM
dcdigital72
We have a fantastico license for our cpanel installation...both purchased as a package with the server from The Planet (who we love!).
We've noticed that over the past few months we've had users calling in about not being able to use the Fantastico script installer. It allows them to see the scripts available, enter the information about where/how they want it installed, but when it goes to actually run the install script we get something similar the following errors...for most packages!

CODE
Install WordPress (3/3)

1) File: /home/{username}/public_html/test123/wp-config.php [ERROR! ]
2) File: /home/{username}/public_html/test123/data.sql [ERROR! ]

Any ideas? we've updated fantastico...I even went so far as to do a full update/refresh of the master files and fantastico itself...checked to make sure it was the newest version and installed in the right directories..and the the necessary tmp directories were in place with the proper permissions...but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
