but a wow website is promoting you guys so i am not sure if this is correct.

WoW servers are only officially run and licensed by blizzard. "Private" servers are just another word for hacked so while I cant "officially" answer you, my quick guess would be 0 because your not allowed to do it.

I have run a couple WOW private servers...not on TP servers. Though I am sure they would support it just fine. You just have to be careful, as its not exactly legal.

This would be an AUP Violation. We'd have to shut it down if we found or were notified of it.

What Tomy said

So your 2 options are:
1. Don't get caught
2. Don't get caught.

it can be legal but you have to find ways around it like.
1. this server is for demonstrational purposes only. like i seen on this one site that had phishers lol only for looks
and in there rules i read Quote (-No phishing BlackBay members) humm
or 2. this server is not to be joined or logon due to we said or some thing if you just go to a site where they do or sale illegal stuff just look at the rules lol they have some good reasons.

They can put all the disclaimers they want, its still ILLEGAL. Just like all the guys years ago that were simply "testing" DTV and Dishnet cards, see how well that held up in court for those who got served summons's.

Yeah, exactly. And frankly, they're probably going to watch him closer now that he's mentioned that on the forums.
