spamd failed @ Mon Feb 25 12:47:54 2008. A restart was attempted automagically.
antirelayd failed @ Mon Feb 25 15:17:30 2008. A restart was attempted automagically.

Hi, those emails are saying that those services have failed for some reason and are being restarted.

What version of cPanel do you run?
tekstylez
just upgraded to v11
markcausa
Interesting. By version 11, cPanel fixed the bugs that were causing these emails to be generated by accident.

Do you know if these services are in fact failing? Have you seen any other signs, like websites/ftp/etc going down, other port monitors you have going off, ServerCommand/Orbit port monitoring going off?

If you don't have access to those kind of things, perhaps now would be a good time to give you this link: http://monitor.phirefast.com/en/ You can register for free and set up email alerts as well.

PS: Don't trust the "Server Status" monitor in WHM or cPanel. They re-scan at some ridiculous rate, so you might be looking at old information.

That is a pretty awesome service you are offering there Mark!

Thanks for the support, Jeff! I'm glad you think so. I'm pretty excited about it! smile.gif
