Is there anyone who can tell me how How To Create New Dial-up Connection from the command prompt..
Or I need to specify a custom user name/password phone number as new dial-up connection settings
any help would be highly appreciated

Linux, you would need to install and configured pppd. Windows, im not sure

I'm afraid I have no idea either as to how one would setup a dialup connection via the command prompt.
