hello
Sending from a Cpanel 11 server,
I am getting Occassional Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender errors, when sending to good email addresses, these happen occassionally and the messages are for domains that are not blacklisted or other known issues, ie one is my addressat my isp, which works ok, others are either to other addresses of mine or to clinets domains on my servers.

Neither recieving domains are blacklisted, servers are up and working ok but occassionally the sender will get a bounce message like below

Subject = Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Body = This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

username @ domain.com.au.
The mail server could not deliver mail to username@domain.com.au.

The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing
the proper dns entries.

------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------

sender address sometimes (in the case of ones coming to me) is the server main address - sending warning messages for account info.

Any suggestions to why the problem occurs and a fix

Cpanel 11 server
