From about a month i have problems with one of my servers at ip 67.19.131.xxx the download speeds at any protocol are not higher then 30KB/s , but my other server which is 75.125.91.xxx goes smoothly at about 2MB/s from the same ISP and same network connection, this is not server related issue cause the server is not overloaded or over traffic so i really do not know what is a cause, can somebody help me ?

Have you run a trace route from your location to your server and then from your server to your location?
How about running a trace route from your server to a nameserver in another ThePlanet data center?
Also, try a trace route to google.com or another site. I won't mention company names on TP's forums, but trace route a business you know is located in the NorthWest and East regions of the U.S.

I would take that data and then submit it in a ticket.

Do you have any type of software firewall running (even IPSEC)?
Maybe, just for a few minutes, disable any software firewall and then test a download/upload and trace routes.

A ticket might be the best thing if you can get ThePlanet some information.
