In WHM my "top email relayers" list is empty just showing:

User Domain Messages Sent Total Bytes Sent


The report was working properly but it stopped working.
I downloaded some log files form (/var/log) last time, and renamed some of them for a short time to see the report of their period of time, I named them back but after this, the "top email relayers" report stopped showing and is empty.

I tried to restart the "Mail Server (Exim)" but it did not help.

May you please help me improving that ?

ummm just a poke at it but when you changed the log files (renamed them) did by chance the owner of the exim logs get changed to root? is yes then chown them to mailnull:mail

just a guess but worth a look.
