Full Version: Help - Disksync has stopped working :(

Hi,

My copy of Disksync has stopped working.

I happened to look at my stats and they are identical for the last couple of months icon_sad.gif

This would seem to imply that it is not running.

I also cannot connect to the agent from my computer (port 808 is open)

I am concerned as my server is not being backed up.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hello LeeGrant,

While the usage information is not the definitive way of determining whether or not your backups are working, it does give you at least an indication. The fact that there is usage at all indicates that it was working at some point and then something caused your backups to stop. This can happen for a large number of reasons. I would recommend creating a support ticket so that we can make sure Disksync is running, or resolve any problems that is keeping it from running.
