Hi, there,

I phoned the support and they told me Cpanel support Chinese version. But when I checked some Cpanel control panel in EV1 reseller, I cannot find it.

Can somebody tell me how to install a chinese version of cpanel.

Go into WHM. It's under "Language Packs." You have to download and install it.
