Full Version: IPAlert showing all status as "unknown".

IPAlert has been showing all status as "OK" for 3 weeks until last night. Now it is showing all as "unknown" although my server is up and running well with low load. I am quite sure it has nothing to do with APF as APF has been turned on for 3 weeks without problems. Also, I have the IPs below stated under allow_hosts.rules. Turning off APF also did not help.

I suspected mod_security2 but then I reverted back to the default core rules and the problem still persists. The only thing I did was to turn on a few settings under "WHM >> Security Center" and to install Munin via WHM. I have also tried uninstalling Munin.

Any idea?

Which services is it showing Unknown for? When you turned APF off, did it flush iptables as well?

TP has got the IPAlert working again. Looks like the problem is not at my side.

TP confirmed that the problem occurred at Orbit's side, not my server. It is now fixed.

BTW, how do I find out the last check date? I could see only the last change date.
