I am sending automated mail to different mail to different domain address by using "CDO.Message"

But from one of client i have getting the bounced back mail and the following message:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail-gw1.domainName.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<test@domainName.com>:
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

Sounds like the remote mail server is rejecting the SMTP communcation.

Try telnetting to the mail server and see if will let you send an email that way.

telnet mail-gw1.domainname.com 25

Start with EHLO or HELLO and go from there.
