Hi !

I just got my new server. In orbit, the hardware details tab tells me that I have:

2 x Generic \ 1024 MB \ DDR2 667 FB DIMM
2 x Generic \ 1024 MB \ DDR2 667 ECC Reg

Is this ok ? Can we mix FB with ECC on a Xeon 3210 ? Could you foresee any problems doing this or is it "standard" procedure ?

Thanks !

What Orbit says is generally for informational purposes. Mixing FB and NON-FB generally results in a non-responsive server. I've fixed the listing to show the correct type of memory that is in your server, which is DDR2 667 ECC (Non-Registered & Non-FB).
