We are using Exim (Linux) Email server to send Email . During my testing at http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsrepor...myquicksend.com we get message "550-permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into 550-the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP 550 Authentication turned on in your email client."

I guess due to unavailabelity of authentication Yahoo blocks all email where as Gmail put to spam.

Can some body explain me step by step process to authienticate smtp before sending email. I guess it needs to be done through Exim Configuration file, but please explain how to do the corrections step by step
