Server crashed. Upgraded drive, set old primary as slave. Problem is there are 3 domains on the slave drive that need to be recovered. They are all Joomla based and need to have the MYSQL directories/tables transferred as well. Any ideas on how to do this successfully?

What about simply copying the files and what not to the primary drive, then doing a mysql dump from the old databases, then a mysql import to the new one?

You can even just copy the /var/lib/mysql directory as long as its the same major version. Same can go for the apache configuration as long as you have already compiled the same modules.
