I need some input on this. What should I do?

Is it safe to ignore the above kernel error?

I believe bios updates are available for the 1800 -- should I request a bios update be applied or attempt to apply a bios update myself (I hesitate to do the latter remotely, simply because I've never done a remote bios update...)
