Is there anyone who can help me on this issue. I'm trying to have my first server, currently I have a reseller account with few sites.

I need some information on how to create the existing mailboxes to the new server without my clients notice the migration process. Can we do this bearing in mind that we don't have the passwords of the mailboxes.

What mailsystem are you transferring from and to?

it is POP3 running on Windows server

You didn't say system your coming from and going to.

the current system is windows. and the new one is linux

You can use FetchMail on Linux to pull all the email off the pop3 boxes to new server.
