Over the past 18 months, we have been shifting our focus toward the growing dedicated and managed hosting lines of business. We have taken a numbers of steps in this transition, including the sale of our dial-up business. To further consolidate our focus, we are announcing our decision to end support of the Insomnia365 Cortex gaming product line.

Effective immediately, we have removed the Cortex gaming options from our product catalog, and we will not add any new games or game updates. We will continue to provide critical fixes to the gaming panel, and all Cortex support will be handled exclusively via the Orbit ticketing system until May 1, 2008. At that time, all Cortex support will end.

To accommodate this change, we are offering a $10.00 per month discount on every Cortex-equipped server for as long as the server is hosted with The Planet. If you have an Insomnia365 server with the Cortex gaming panel, this discount will be applied to your next invoice.
