Kerio Firewall is not supported by The Planet. Installation of Kerio Firewall has a high chance of causing an outage situation. Unfortunately, due to the deep integration into the OS the likelihood of recovering from this outage may result in the need for an OS reload.

Out of curiosity what is so bad about it? I take it not as easy as going into safe mode and removing it?

Aside from Kerio, almost every single firewall out there is unsupported by datacenters.. lol

Every attempt at uninstalling it has prevented Windows from booting up, even into safe mode.
We don't support any software firewalls, but in outage situations we at least try to disable it to allow the customer to regain access. Unfortunately, Kerio has been popping up alot lately and it, along with most software firewalls, is not designed for server use.
