Full Version: Linux agent does not autostart after reboot

Disksync agent works ok after the installation, but as soon as I reboot my linux box, it won't start.

When I attempt to start it manually, I get the following error:

Starting VVAgent:execvp:No such file or directory
[FAILED]

Now I know that if I reinstall it, it will work again...but I can't do this every time after reboot.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

What happens if you try to start it manually? Is there anything in the error log?

Sadikhov,

Are you running the current version of the Agent (5.60)? If not, I would recommend upgrading it. You can get the new version from http://downloads.theplanet.com/disksync/Ag....60.2178.tar.gz

If so, then you will probably want to create a support ticket so that we can investigate whats wrong. It may not be installing correctly and could possibly not be working correctly even if it says it is running.

How are you trying to start it manually?
