Hoping someone can offer me some assistance with the VERY old version of Ensim I'm running.

Bandwidth Usage reports have completely stopped working in the main admin. I can click on 'Bandwidth Usage' in the left hand menu, the page header (Used/Available etc) loads, but then after a bit of a wait requesting data... nothing more appears. Last Usage Reports does the same.

I don't even know where to start looking for a solution for this - where is the data held, could I access it from another angle?

Thanks for any help

I would suggest buying a new box, and start migrating the sites. CentOS5 and Ensim X 10.3 because even Ensim 4.x goes EOL as of December.

Thanks - I'm currently looking at moving servers, but in the meantime I need to access this data. I had a bandwidth overspill a month ago and I need to be able to find out which site has taken me over.

Is there anything I can do to fix the bandwidth usage or get to the data?

I know you are looking for a free solution, but in my opinion the only ones who can help you fix this are http://www.penguin-uk.com/ for a fee.

Nothing done, way too late. I highly doubt you will find anyone to who is still willing to work on a 3.x box just because who keeps stuff around 3 years out of date? I know I won't. I figure if someone doesn't care enough to at least be some what up to date, why should I?

We do still work on 3.1 servers icon_smile.gif When they go badly wrong though, there's often little that can be done and it's far too late now to upgrade them. A migration to a new server is the only option. It's false economy really - not upgrading to the latest version at the time it's released can mean far greater costs and inconvenience to migrate when it's obsolete software.

Ok then. It's settled. The Penguin will fix ya up ... just bring the check book.
