We are currently working to fix multiple issues with the retail SSL system on theplanet.com website. Currently the SSL portion of the public site is listed as down for maintenance as a safety measure.

Areas affected:

- Retail SSL purchases from theplanet.com
- Voucher redemption from free RapidSSL Promotions

Not Affected:

- Internal Orbit (server customer) SSL purchases
- ResellOne.net SSL systems

If your issues is urgent, please contact ssl@theplanet.com and we can help work around the system while we fix the external system, although the process is quite manual. If you are a server customer, we suggest the use of the SSL functionality within Orbit. (Please open a ticket if you require help with the internal Orbit SSL functionality.)
