Sorry for my english.

Today someone from The Planet did login to my server over SSH.
Then hi maked copy of my website source code, extract my password for mysql , and maked copy of my myslq data base. Then make tar.gz file, and stole my data.

All this info i get from my LOG file .bash_history

How, what can i do ?
Or it normal ?

Are you sure they actually retrieved the data? It sounds like they just made a backup to me.

do you have a ticket open that would warrent the need for a tech to make a backup just-in-case?

It's against strict policies for staff of The Planet to move, copy, backup, delete, restore, or recover any customer data. Can you please open a ticket regarding this so that we can investigate? PM the ticket number to me and I'll get it going in the right direction.

Never mind, I found the ticket with the information. Any questions regarding this will need to be directed to our legal dept.
