I have been trying to get this resolved and no one is helping me. I renewed for 2 years and got charged 86.00 but only got one years of time with Geotrust.

How do I get this resolved.

I apologize for the issue. Currently we are having trouble with the radio buttons that convey to GeoTrust the request for the certificate to have a validity period of more than one year. Rest assured, our Development team has been notified of the situation and is addressing it with GeoTrust.

I actually responded to one of your emails prior to being notified of your post, and have the second one in front of me. I have a few options for you that I'm sure will satisfy your request. Again - we are aware and working on the issue and do apologize for the inconvenience.

Still today there ano no button to renew for more than 1 year.
Is very annoying renewing each year, with new procedures.
