I apologize for the issue. Currently we are having trouble with the radio buttons that convey to GeoTrust the request for the certificate to have a validity period of more than one year. Rest assured, our Development team has been notified of the situation and is addressing it with GeoTrust.
I actually responded to one of your emails prior to being notified of your post, and have the second one in front of me. I have a few options for you that I'm sure will satisfy your request. Again - we are aware and working on the issue and do apologize for the inconvenience.
