i run www.painfulpleasures.com we are fairly decent and get a good amount of traffic.

Problem is i have been using the guys at www.linuxnetworkcare.com to maintain my two servers and they are too small to handle problems if we encounter them. They are too slow to respond, don't upgrade the server when needed, if they do upgrade they usually create more problems.

In the past week, my site has been offline for 5 out of 7 days, meaning it has gone offlnie for more then 4 hours each of these times, some days it has crashed 2+ times.

Reasoning behind these crashes they can not tell me.

They also were suppose to upgrade our Forums, we were going to move from the phpbb to vbulletin and from the gallery we run to the gallery 2 and then implement LDAP across the entire site so my customers only need to one log in to access all parts of my site.

I need a company, not an individual that is accessible 24/7 in case something happens. I have no problem using an individual if you are interested in the forum/gallery/ LDAp type stuff, but i need a company to monitor the server for me

please advise if anyone has a good company to recommend and an individual or company to do some other stuff.
