Please post your entire ip or ip range list so I can make a massive ipblock list. I have had to shut off spamd on the server since its slowing it to a crawl with 80 busy sites i host, so i figure for now on ill just drop all non US ips at the server level (since all my crap traffic seems to be not from america).

Have you tried by adding RBL lists first? That generally helps a LOT.

200.* (200.0.0.0/8)
201.* (201.0.0.0/8)
202.* (202.0.0.0/8)

thanks! Used to have server load of like 14.00+ all the time, added RBL and removed journal whatever in the spamassassin settings and now its like 0.01 all the time , even with all the spam i used to get! you guys rock for the feedback.
