Hello,
we are looking for an email backup solution.

By now we download all the email to the users computer. We have 5 offices and 200 emails accounts.
We want to keep a copy of the emails in a different location of our server.

The first one that come us in mind is put a server with fetchmail in each office. Any alternative?

Kind regards.

What are you using for email? You may be able to simply rsync the mailboxes to a remote location.

We can not use rsync because in our main server we have only a 80GB hard disk. We need to store 500Gb.
We use dovecot + greylinting + sendmail

Many thanks.
Jeff
I think they offer up to 750 GB drives right now at The Planet on the order form - don't know if they would get you a 1 TB drive upon request if drive bays are limited.
