The update for Garry's Mod has been released. The changes can be viewed here. Head to your engines page to update your engine. Please note if you seem to be getting LUA errors, there is a suggested fix here.
Most of the new content seems to be extended LUA scripting and some client-side improvements as well as server optimizations.
