We had asked before and no success. With only 1 cortex developer the chances are slim that it will get added.

Oh great Doc. Being a ranked install guy, you say all the right things to make me feel insecure. LOL

It does sound bad though. I know Z man knows what he is doing. But only one guy. Is TP trying to lean away from the gaming community and run servers for other stuff/companies? I know with the hell, like EA has made them do to host ranked servers had to be a pain and anything but from what was the way it always went before. And for the client, my god. No RDT, no games you could install or mods. Very limited just to play on 1 ranked BF2 server. Then you get charged more for having less control, ranked install fee. O well, it may only be the way to go to get out of the game rentals. lol

EA's new saying

EA
We gotcha by the nades

The thing that annoys me about the EA ranking system is they decide who is in. There is no set criteria to establish who can ranked servers or not. It is like an elite club that is invite only and piss on any small GSP that applies to join. It seems like it is only getting worse with more and more games jumping on the ranked bandwagon.

Sad to see but the face of game server rentals is changing and going to get expensive for customers thanks to the limited ranked partner garbage. When there is no competition, the customer pays the price. So by limiting who can resell ranked servers, there is little competition and ranked GSPs can name their price for game servers.

Even when i played BF2 i thought the ranking system was cool but i hated it it was stupid there just trying to make extra bank for there buggy ass crap my game clan used to be a BF2 clan and we got tired of the 300meg plus patches that didnt do shit and there 3rd patch crashed my bf2 and i was like were done lets find a real game and now i run a multi-game clan that only supports games that STEAM supports well games that i own that steam supports lol steam taking care of all the updates makes a worlds of difference

I'm working on that number, hopefully I can get a few added to that. It seems everyone and their brother is putting in tickets (many seem to be new customers.. which is great), all developers are in the upgrade spirit... and new games are being thrown my way daily. It's quite a bit to handle I will admit, but I am doing what I can. I hope you still all understand I cannot work 24/7 either, so I do take breaks from time to time icon_wink.gif

As such, the priorities are also in that order.. tickets > upgrades > new additions. I also have requests coming my way from sales and marketing.. as well as sending my own inquiries to the web developers and marketing, while moving around some internal systems for future uses.

So with the above statements, there's your answer. It's not leaning away from anything. Just always an uphill battle, I wouldn't expect it to be any other way

I appreciate all of your efforts Zachy. Just saying you can't do it alone. Hopefully you will get some reinforcements soon.

I'm working on the reinforcements as much as I can, hoping to get myself some help as soon as possible.

As for myself, I'm going to increase my weekend efforts as I tend to have less internal things to work on. Once again I just want to let you all know I appreciate your patience while some things get ironed out and changed for the better.
