I have purchased many SSL certs from you over the past year, they are now beginning to renew, my question is about pricing and how to go about the renewal process. First I received an email from Geotrust about the upcoming renewal I visited their link and they want to charge me $69 to renew. That's way too high. Anyways, if I use you guys can I renew for $14.95 by using the normal purchase procedure on your website or is the only way to renew by using Geotrust and paying them $69? As last resort, couldn't I just purchase a new SSL for that domain name and pay the $14.95? Any help is appreciated.

You should send an email to ssl@theplanet.com and inquire about this. If I see Isaac tomorrow morning, i'll ask him to take a look at this thread, i'm pretty sure he would know.

You can purchase a new SSL certificate instead of renewing it and I have done this many times.
