Hola!
I found a bug in the live support. If the support dood sends the customer a link to another website using the link tool thing he has on his side then the link is not set to open in a new window. It opens in the same window that the live support is I, thus disconnecting the customer with the support dood.

Hahaha. Wow. Looks like a PHPLive! error.
Are you sure your browser isn't set to open links within the same tab?

XGhozt,
I've done a little testing on this and noticed that in IE it will open the link in a new window separate from the chat pane window. Furthermore, I tested this in Firefox as well and noticed that link will open in a new tab within the same browser window of the chat pane. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reply and let us know which browser and OS you are running so we can troubleshoot the issue further.
Thanks,
KellyH

It doesn't happen to me either, Kelly, but it seems this issue has been a problem for some folks and the team that implemented our new Live Chat program is aware of the issue working to correct it.
P.S. I'm so happy to see you here! Welcome!

XGhozt, just out of curiousity what happens if you hold ctrl when you click the link?

Ctrl-click, middle click, and right click-open link in new tab, all open the link in a new tab.
