Full Version: SSL Purchasing doesn't work

I am trying to renew an SSL and I have now tried twice and both times I have received the same error message (see attached screen shot). I appear to have been through the whole process, completed the first form, don't the "verified by visa" page and the "Confirm CVV" page and then I get the attached page.

I have emailed support but all I get is an auto reply and never a reply from a real person!!!!!!!!

Can someone please look at this ASAP as the certificate only has a small amount of time left on it.

I will be contacting the SSL Department right now with this issue asking them to follow up with you. Can you send me your account information via PM so that they know how to contact you and what they are looking up?

Hopefully we can troubleshoot and resolve that issue for you.
