I just got my first server under the Orbit system and I am tackling the learning curve on it. I've used Server Command et al for years and quite honestly (with the exception of DNS) I like Orbit better. I am having a bit of difficulty with one area though. When I log into Orbit with my main ID/PW it allows me to add/edit users, however I cannot for the life of me find a place to delete a user. Can someone smack me upside the head (calm down mark and put away the hammer) and tell em how I go about deleting a user in orbit?

Thanks,
DB

One can't actually delete users, this can cause all kinds of issues (what happens, for example, to the tickets they've opened?). You can, however, make users Inactive (the status section of the Edit User page).

Somehow as I read that I envisioned this poof of pink smoke arise and Brooke standing there after it dissapated in her cute little wonder twin outfit holding her magic Customer Service wand! Y'all are WAY scary...
AaronC
Why, exactly, would you think that and then label US as scary... hehehe
Aerosmith
Would that be considered irony?

....

I can never tell.
