I've just bought a new machine from The Planet and i've attempted to migrate about 6 domains from an old server of mine, also coincidentally hosted by ev1.

The new machine is known as mydomain.com, and has nameserver host records set up, so it can act as nameserver for the rest of the domains it is hosting.

If I check the NS records of any of these other domains through http://dnsstuff.com or squish.net or anything similar, they all come back correct.
However if I use dig or nslookup (or even wget for that matter) from the command line on mydomain.com itself...it still has the old nameserver info for about half of the domains hosted. Its in no particular order either - i set up domain A, B, C and D.com, yet B and D come back ok, while A and C come back wrong.

How do I fix this? I've tried reloading/restarting bind, the server, apache, everything.

[edit: hmmm....curious. Today everything is working fine.]
