In our goal to maintain the highest level of support in our data centers, we will be upgrading the network infrastructure for our phone systems in our call center. The upgrade will take place on Thursday, June 7, from 10 p.m. – 12 a.m. CDT.
While we don’t expect this to impact our customer base, we’re providing advance notice of the upgrade and a contingency plan should you experience longer than expected hold times with tech support.
During the upgrade time period, customers experiencing extended hold times can submit a ticket via Orbit and ServerCommand to contact tech support.
