Anybody else get an email yesterday notifying of the new NAS backup solution that is replacing the current FTP backup solution provided? The emailed stated that there would be information at the end of the email that could be used to setup the new NAS solution, yet there was no information there. Has anyone setup the NAS solution yet? I've submitted a trouble ticket but with the horrible support some of my clients have been receiving from TP lately I don't expect an answer anytime soon. I'm seriously considering moving my server as well as large number of my clients who also host @ TP (previously EV1) due to the terrible support we've experienced since the merge.

Greetings,

The email should have stated that the information would be pending in a ticket. That ticket would have been opened for your viewing within ServerCommand.

If you PM me your legacy FTP username, I can find your information and see where the breakdown in communication was.

Justin,

After starting this thread I opened a new support ticket and it has been taken care of. I am using the NAS solution now instead of the BlueArc FTP.

Excellent news, thanks for the update. Sorry I didn't respond to your forum post right away.
