Hi guys,
just wanted to let you know there is cool utility called WinSCP.
"WinSCP is a freeware SCP (Secure CoPy) client for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/ME using SSH (Secure SHell). Its main function is safe copying of files between a local and a remote computer."

I'm using it to FTP files as a root to my server.

If you know other (not command-line) secure FTP progs please post.
Chris.

If for file management (up/downloading) of a website only SCP is used, then the ProFTP service can be deactivated for that website for improved security. SCP works over SSH, but looks to an user as FTP. So SCP is not only useful for root but could also be considered for normal users.

Here is a good thread on other options.
