Any idea why Plesk autoresonders fail? I'm using plesk 8.1.1 with Smarter Mail 4.0x (SM).
I've enabled everything and configured what I believe to be autoresonders correctly but nothing. My understanding in that PLesk doesn't use SMs autoresponder but rather uses it's own method via the command line tool smmailfilter.exe.
But alas it never responds!
Any thoughts appreciated.
