Did something change with the backup solution that used to be provided.
I can no longer log into backups.ev1servers.net
I get an 'unknown host' error when it tries to resolve.

Hi filmo,

To my knowledge customers are being given a NAS backup account to replace the old bluarc ftp backup system. You may want to put in a call or a ticket, and inquire about this.

Are you sure you have the right IP, TenaciousJ? 66.45.231.154 doesn't belong to ThePlanet.

Good catch Aaron, I completely overlooked that:
james@linux:~> host backups.ev1servers.net backups.ev1servers.net has address 216.40.207.232 james@linux:~>
