The (quick) server reboot option on the control panel www.servercommand.net simply is not working anymore. My server is down for 8 hours!!!!!!
I need URGENTLY to reboot my server, and wasnīt reboot yet.

Worst, the server monitoring is pointing my server is OK (up) and donīt is sending tickets to reboot automaticly. The result is my server have been down for 8 hours, all this night.

If you cannot reboot your server using the remote reboot option in Orbit please submit a manual reboot request ticket asap.
Also, do you have a ticket open regarding remote reboot not working in your account? If so, what is that ticket number please?
It happens that it is not working (cables nor connected or other configuration error) - ask them to fix it. They fixed my 3 servers that I was not able to reboot via servercommand.
Has it been working when you got the server ? I did not test those 3 servers of mine when I got them. :-(
