Possibly it has the old mail server cached still? Viewing
http://www.blat.net/194/It appears to be a mail client for windows. Considering it is a virtual command prompt client a ipconfig /flushdns may be necessary. IP caching is a very common problem with mail software, especially Outlook where restarting the PC is necessary with IP changes of the domain.

Thanks for the reply. I'll clarify the situation. I did have a server which used Ensim as the Control panel. Now I have a server which uses CPanel and WHM as the control panel. Everything works fine as far as sending and receiving email. However, one of my hosting clients has a customer who used to send them automated emails using blat. They claim that since I have switched control panels they no longer can receive emails that their customer sends to them using blat.
Personally I think my client's customer has a problem sending emails from their end. However, I thought I would check to see if anyone else ever heard of a situation like this.
