After getting the server setup (which was done before I took over), it was decided to not use webmail for the time being. Removed Horde (including domain from IIS) from the install and then all hell broke loose. Tried to recreate the domain with the same port, re-installing Horde, etc. Could not get the problems to go away. The current error that comes up is:

Unable to assign DomainControlForm object: Unable to create WebServerManager object: Can't manage web features: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at addLinkSite(webmail, C:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail)
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3:153
psaerror(string 'Unable to assign DomainControlForm object: Unable to create WebServerManager object: Can't manage web features: Invalid pointer (COM Error 80004003) at addLinkSite(webmail, C:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail)')
1: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\dom_ctrl.php3:151

I've disable webmail on all domains, have removed and re-installed horde. Component management has shown that horde is install and ready for use and that it is not installed and I still get this message.

I sent in a support ticket to TP 2 days ago, granted I know its not that long, but typically we get resolution with in 6 hours...or at least a response. So far, nothing.

Any here have any thoughts for a patch or even a fix? (switching to a linux solution is an option. Just waiting on the boss to approve it.)

TIA
Richard

Problem resolved.

For all those here who have issues with addSiteLink popping up on windows. Go into the registry, navigate to HLKM/Software/PLESK/PSA Config/Config/Site Cache and delete the offending site. Next time you navigate to the domain control panel, it will be regenerated.
