I am trying to find post http://forums.theplanet.com/index.php?showtopic=95259 on how to setup my own name servers on new EnsimX server on Redhat Linux. But the link is broken and have looked in theplanet and ensim site and cannot find.

Can someone know where I can find it?

Thank you.

I have used this how to - http://forums.theplanet.com/index.php?showtopic=15398

on 4X in the past, and works fine, I just wanted some verification before I tried it on X today when they give me my new server.

I really need that link too.

Has anyone tried the link posted by "foxintampa" on Ensim X Pro?

Thank you

This link won't work on ENSIM Pro X. I've checked. Actually there is no step by step instructions around. Lot's of us hunting it. After plenty of ineffective attemps I've paid a guy for setting it up. It took him about half an hour.

So please if anyone knows the clue and have time for posting, do it and we'll glorify your name!

It's pretty easy to do these days.

In 10.3, click on the tab labled local name servers under the heading of DNS. Add your local servers, restart bind, and your good to go.
