Hi,
I have open ticket from 3 days ago. I am also continuously chatting with technical support people they just told me "we are looking the issue, it take some time,we can't tell you how much time it will take". From past three days i am facing problem And still it is not resolved. And every time new person come online and ask me the issue and the ticket no. And froward it to technical person.

Please give me suggestion what i do?

What is the issue you are having?

Some of the staff may come in here and help the ticket along but it may be a very complex issue.

I am facing following error message when i am try to open plesk control panel.

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed opening 'auth.php3' for inclusion (include_path='C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib') in Unknown on line 0

I may have herd about this one. If I recall correctly, as soon as it gets fixed, about a half hour later it starts doing this again. Am I thinking of the correct issue?

Update: Its case connected with swsoft. You should have an update as soon as we hear back from them.
