What the heck is going on at planet! DO they want people to go elsewhere?

Once again I cannot order an SSL Cert.

I get the error.

Unable to process card because of data inconsistencies. Problem has been logged. Please contact ssl@ev1.net for a resolution.

And and email to that address will get you....

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at *************. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<ssl@ev1.net>:
207.69.189.43 does not like recipient.

Planet, you really need to get your act together, or I feel that this part of your business could soon be non existant.

Mark, the e-mail address should be ssl@theplanet.com. The e-mail address ssl@ev1servers.net also works, as it forwards to the other. Would you please provide a screen shot of the error, including the URL on which that error appears? We need to correct the e-mail address listed there asap.

Well its been a few months and I thought I would give Planet another chance.

BUT i still get the same error and the error STILL shows the same non existant email address!

You obviously don't want mine and other business.

In your original post, it shows:
<ssl@ev1.net>:
207.69.189.43 does not like recipient.

It appears you are emailing ssl@ev1.net... ev1.net is no longer valid(as of January '07). You need to use ssl@theplanet.com or it WILL NOT WORK.

Once you send the message to ssl@THEPLANET.COM, send brook a message with the email address you sent FROM so we can hurry this process along.

I think the problem is that the error message still shows ssl@ev1.net and not @ev1servers or @theplanet...

A screen shot of this error would be immensely helpful.
