Look at Cpu usage! It and mysqld stay like they are below, and I am only running 4-5 small sites in the server, what is wrong?

Looks like MySQL, apache, and perhaps rsync are causing it. Perhaps look at optimizing apache/mysql some. Another thing to look at is run mytop and see what queries are doing all of the damage, you may have an old script loaded up thats causing the problems. It should at least give you a direction to look at.
