I installed the Windows Media Service and incapacitated in the IIS the server of web.

the server has 50Mbps of Bandwidth, but with many users he does not consume the necessary band and the connections are slow .

what I could be made so that the connections used the necessary band and the server it consumed the available band?

Well, im not too sure about windows servers. But, have you checked what kind of resources your using... Such as CPU and RAM usage? This might be a good thing to look at. Also maybe your Disk IO. All good points to look at to see if they could be causing the problem. If not then I would say its a config problem.
