I've had many recent reports of people not being able to access any sites on my server through our local DSL provider.

One person brought their laptop into work where they can access the sites through the same DSL provider. The laptop connection worked there also, but not at their home with dsl.

Any idea why other places of connection are not able to access any sites on my server??

You would need to get a traceroute to and from one of the DSL users to help troubleshoot, there are a lot of things it could be.
